Acceptance of an Order
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. DuraSight Sighting Systems ; reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of an order.
Delivery
DuraSight Sighting Systems strives to ensure that the products you order will arrive in good working condition. If the products you order do not meet these standards, then DuraSight Sighting Systems will refund or replace your order; provided, that you comply with the return procedures set forth in this paragraph 6. To receive a refund or replacement, you must (a) call an DuraSight Sighting Systems customer service representative at 770-449-4687 immediately upon receipt of any DuraSight Sighting Systems product and (b) return, at your expense, such products within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery in accordance with the customer service representative's instructions.
Linked Web Sites
DuraSight Sighting Systems and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Site and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Your use of such web sites is at your own risk.
Governing Law
